Our location
Glenburn Coastal Retreat cottages are located 7km north of Kaikōura, within easy distance of restaurants, cafes, wildlife tours and activities, and connections to rail and bus stations.
With uninterrupted ocean views, close enough to watch pods of dolphins as they pass by, our fully self-contained cottages enjoy privacy from each other and affordable luxury within.
We are custodians
We are third-generation custodians of this land and have proudly called it our home for nearly forty years. Originally a sheep, beef and deer farm, our pastures now contain grazing dairy cows. We decided to diversify into accommodating human guests in 2018 because we love sharing our little slice of paradise with others. We thrive on keeping busy and helping others discover all that Kaikōura has to offer.
